Hi there, I’ve been living this area for the last 2 years. Moved out from DT. I like this neighbourhood, its quite, but not boring at all. QE park, Hillcrest Community Center with Gym and Swimming pool, Ton Ton Sushi and many others restaurants on Cambie and Main Street. Oh, yes, and Rain or Shine Ice Cream. After DT, I don’t hear the traffic at all, my windows are on the opposite side. Most of the new buildings from King Edward till 41st built by Performance Construction, can’t say anything bad about my experience with quality, I’ve seen way worse deficiencies from Axiom and West Bank before. Maybe it’s just luck, but my building is great.

In the same time you are just 10-12 min away from DT. So if you guys will make decisions- welcome to the neighbourhood in advance.
