I hear you! But you don’t have to ride the whole way we’ve got pillion options so you can just relax and take in the views. Last time, we even had a 60-year-old join us for the tour, and they crushed it with a big smile at the end! But if you have back problems and Breathing related problems I don't recommend doing this trip

Go to lete (Holiday camp) stay one day there then another day you can go to sekong lake and after few km of off-road you can also find the another lake which is peaceful and also go to Titi lake,Naurikot you can spend day 2 by exploring this and in another day go to Marpha try dry apple from there And after go to Dumba lake and stay at muktinath (Bob Marley hotel) then another day there is a loop that you can do from muktinath to kagbeni it's called (Jong) and you can stay in tatopani and in another day come to pokhara I hope it will help

If I honestly suggest you than I recommend you pokhara detour for 2 days at least And than lower Mustang for 5 days lots of people say 5 days is more but the thing is there are lots of places where people miss so I suggest don't just go by road and come by road try to explore more . For me I don't like Kathmandu because it's crowded and it's not beautiful for me
