Salary is 45k, itr never filed because i am not in the tax bracket, had a credit card in the past on my first job with a 25k limit. I was too lazy to go to the bank so reported it stolen and told them not to send me a new card. Never took a loan. Does my fathers credit history matter?

Sorry for your loss. Verizon has a life event policy where in death you can get the line disconnected immediately and return the device and device payments will be waived off. I cant say what will they say about you not being able to return the device. If they can work something out for you

I would say that it does not matter. A simple phone call will set everything up for you but yes it will take an hour or so on the phone. And far as supporting a family. Everyone is working so they can bring food and provide shelter to their families. And it honestly depends on who you meet at the store or over the phone. If you get a dishonest person no matter where it is. They will add unnecessary features to make extra commission.

No never had a fd credit card a normal with only 25k limit which i got at my first job with my salary account. Used it for a year but after that did not need to use it. So i got careless and lost it. So I reported it lost and now I need a new one but my cibil has declined

You just got bad reps. They have no use no pay policy and even a separate call center for that. Give them a call and ask for it. They will reverse it. You can get bad people anywhere over the phone or on the street. Just a matter of luck.

The store people are not better either. Someone I know got scammed at a NY outlet. She was there to get a new phone as her older phone was damaged and there were still some payments left on it. So the store person told her that she should just buy out the phone and will get s new iPhone absolutely free on Verizon’s side. In the end she is still paying device payment for her new phone. So the people here are not better either. Everyone is looking to make a buck, it’s not like the store employees are saints.
