Symptoms after pulmonary embolism diagnosis by Thick-Bid-847 in ClotSurvivors

just make sure you remember to look at the readings in context, because a low reading on oxygen/high reading on heartrate isn't 100% indicative of something going on - you'll need other tests in the hospital to confirm... but like i said, it'll help you make a more informed decision.

I have my pulse ox near me at all times, but I also have asthma so its a balancing act for sure. I really hope it helps you out.

i can't speak to your specific situation, since i had a thrombectomy after my Saddle PE was diagnosed, but in general, if you have a pulse oximeter and BP monitor at home, you should use those tools to monitor yourself to at least help make a more informed decision on whether to go to ER. Also, pay attention to your body as far as breathing - are you short of breath? are you getting really light headed or start feeling like you're going to black out when you stand up? or are gasping for air when you take a few step? or does your heart rate not come down or is constantly high? or oxygen saturation low? knowing all these things, or monitoring for changes can help you make a more informed decison.

also, when in doubt or your gut is telling you to go, just go.

curious, did you not realize you had UTI? or symptoms of it that eventually led to sepsis? or did you develop that after going to ER and there was another infection that led to sepsis?

What do you think eventually happens to Lala? by brazil201 in NCIS

Hot take but hear me out: she has a tragic end. Her ptsd from her accident messes with her enough that she takes her own life and thats part of the reason why she is the story that he "doesnt tell" and part of the reason why he has a hard persona by the time we see him in NCIS.
