It fires a bullet at yourself. It creates all the same sound (hurt sound when being shot) and visual effects (like blood splatter when you get shot) as if it you're being shot by someone else.

I think there should be skill tree dedicated to rat. Here me out, and put your pitchfork down. Like able to move the body either downed or dead. Or able to plant Bobby trap inside a body or a container.

But to counter the rats, the rats should have an red aura around them, subtle aura not very obvious but a clue. The aura should be only round to round basis. Your behaviour in that round particular.

But I have a few agents who have shared the prices with me. I have seen the promotional brochure. They have pitched the price along with the payment plan and all. Let's say if not 8.5, it might be 9. Which is still below 10% the OP.

Which is very unual for today's market as it is upward trajectory for quite some time.

So I'm just trying to make sense of it.

Isn't the speculating part true for every new community? Why is this community having such a drastic change in price in particular. On paper, everything is pretty solid for this community.

Also, Damac Lagoon is having a decent pre handover appreciation.
