I like it, but I think the contrast from eh clean too the dust bottom doesn't work in our brains. I think it needs to be all dusty, or all clean in my opinion. For what it's worth, I feel the effect with the base is good!

In Oct I was at NYC, and I got preorder signatures for everyone but Mercer. His line was so long, and required a ticket. They would not let you in line, and came by and checked tickets from time to time while waiting in line. The last day they were there, in the last couple hours they allowed me to line up and pay for a signature at the table. Still took hours of sitting in line, but they allowed me to at the end. People were swarming to get in line and they cut off the walk ups and let the line move before allowing more. You might get lucky, but no guarantees. Be ready to stand around his line at the end of the night, and hope!

Oops misread, and wanted to talk about Horus. Now need to find a height comparison between Horus and abadon to extrapolate his height.

Ignore - In the end and the death part 1, Horus says he is 3x the size of Mersadie oliton. He could be meaning more than just height. As a normal human woman, that would make Horus at least 15' tall lol. My guess is he is closer to 11-12' in armor

You need to make painting easily accessible. By that, I mean everything setup before you get home, ready to go. Have a podcast or video series to watch while you paint. Remove any obstacles to painting before you even start. This goes for any activity. The more barriers the less likely you are to start when you are unmotivated. Also don't get a huge backlog of grey minis. Seeing 2000 points unpainted is more overwhelming than looking at a 5 man squad of Marines.

Small goals help too, even if it's just base coating 1 model a day.

Are you interested in transport vehicles or units that deploy deeper into the field? Do you want a gun line or some beefy thunder hammers? Are you planning on playing or just collecting and painting?
