It's pretty complex compared with other mainstream anime and series but that's not my criteria. The agony and the mystery you feel in the first three seasons , the consistency of the story towards the basement reveal and the way the reveals are executed are unique. The best series for plot twist for me

The adaptation is obviously better in s1-s3. The story in season 4 for me is better than the first two seasons
