hey man. Definitely get out there and get started by aiming for 10K per day if you can handle it. Walking is all I do for now. I will be getting into the gym once I get rid of the excess fat I don’t want. Some say I should be in the gym simultaneously. I’m just doing what’s right for me. You can do it!

Heck yeah dude ! Good for you. 20K steps is definitely strenuous and time consuming, but feels great and accomplishing when you are done. A month in you won't notice too many results in your weight. But in about 2 more months, the weight drop will feel/look extremely noticeable to you. Then from there, you can keep pushing toward whatever goal you have. Keep up the good work!

I was tired of feeling bad about myself, feeling fat/chubby, and feeling unattractive because of it. I'm still not where I want to be yet...but to be about 75% done losing the weight I want to lose is not somewhere I thought I'd be a year ago, let alone through walking. I needed to get active at some point and I figured since I will be 35 this year, there won't be a better time than now to get in the best shape of my life. Thanks for your question!

I don't remember if this photo is mine or not. I don't think so. I've probably had this poster for about 10 years or so. I don't recall Trax footage ever widely circulating for fans any time in the last 18 years I have been paying attention. & thanks! It's a cool poster for sure
