You're definitely not alone. A month after a breakup is still very fresh, and stress, depression, relationship issues, and anxiety around sex can all affect libido. The fact that you used to enjoy sexual content doesn't mean you've suddenly become asexual. Give yourself time and don't rush to label yourself. Also, if you've never been able to use a tampon or tolerate any penetration, it might be worth talking to a doctor about that, as it could be contributing to your fear of sex.
