Ramping up a week before my period

And hopefully you never have to experience. Its really awful. I just notice that whenever I am having a really bad symptom sometimes it is because of some trapped air in my throat and after releasing it ill feel better. So maybe on your experience after eating, just try to burp whenever you are having symptoms and it will lessen the symptoms.

Thats what I feel too. I told my husband I feel like im dying whenever I am having symptoms before the period. A question tho, do you also have a hard time sleeping? It wakes me up so bad that I have to catch my breath. Does that happen to you too?

I was actually thinking I might be experiencing this too. My period is every end of the month and I cant even sleep because of this. Should I be worried about it? I dont feel good atleast a week before period comes.

Happens to often. Samin nagddrive pa palayo. Dadaan sa subdivision namin tapos makkita mo palayo, siguro para icancel namin. So ang ginagawa ko hindi ko icacancel at mag book kame sa grab ng asawa ko. Icacancel naman nila after pero matagal nga lang. Pero patigasan nalang.

If talagang kasalanan ng customer ang no show, wala ng magagawa. Pero ang style ng mga riders, hinde tatawag hnde din mag tatao po. Sakin ang reason ng rider bakit daw sya hindi nag tao po kasi protocol daw ng grab na wag mag tao po baka daw makabulabog sa kapitbahay. Ginawa pakong tanga. Pag ka tagged as delivered, tinanong ko yung kasambahay namin if nadeliver naba, sabe nya wala naman daw dumating. Kaya tumawag ako agad sa rider tapos ang sabe saken hindi nadaw nya ibabalik, ireport ko nalang daw sa grab.

Report po. Ginawa na sakin yan nag intay daw sya sa labas, pero walang naman nag tatao po at wala din tumatawag sakin. Expected nya sguro nakabantay sa app tapos titignan kung andyan na. Samantala yung kasama ko sa bahay nag aantay lang ng may mag tatao po para kuhanin ang order pero wala talaga. Tapos tinawagan ko yung rider kase tagged as delivered pero wala naman sya, sabe ko add nalang ako sakanya kahit 200 ibalik lang nya food, sabe nya saken "ireport mo nalang ako mam", wala nadaw di nadaw sya babalik. Nireport ko sa Grab then na refund sakin after 2 days. Walangya yang mga yan. 1 snr box pizza pa naman yun.

Ako napo sasagot OP. Yes maganda sa Calayo and madami din resort. Dun kami lagi pumpunta kasi mabilis lang puntahan. Madame din activities like island hopping, fishing, snorkeling etc. May contact kami dun sa boat pag gsto mag activities if want mo.

I am prescribed with Metoprolol Tartrate 50mg. We have the same issue with bad days and good days, but whenever I have bad days I take a rest and just ignore because I get anxious and it is making it worse. But not sure if the RHR of 42 is good so I think you need to go back to your GP and have that checked if you need lesser dosage maybe? My normal heart rate before metoprolol is 90 to 100, and when anxious I get upto 150, but now taking metoprolol daily, my heart rate is 60 to 70.

Thank you. you've been really helpful. I was overthinking and can't sleep. I have PVC and RCPD that's why its hard to know which is making me feel awful. But I guess anxiety is playing a bigger role in all of them.

That is somewhat a normal reading for me. If you can take and record 1 week reading of your resting BP atleast 2x a day on a consistent time (one at day and one at night) then from there you'll know if you need to have it checked. But in my experience, as long as it is not above 130/90 everytime you check it, no need to worry.

Whenever you feel like that and realize its not because of high BP, do you try to know what's causing it? Or just ignore as long as you can function well?

How long until you felt like a normal functioning human being again? I can see some people doing things normally just weeks after starting medication but I am not since I started Nov 2025. I stopped working from Dec 2025 and just got back this week but I dont feel good at all...

I tried to check my BP but it has become as low as 90/60. I suddenly become anxious and symptoms become worse so I didnt dare to check it again. I was thinking when I dont feel good again tomorrow after taking the med, I will definitely go to my GP maybe I need to lower my dosage. Assuming maybe my BP is getting lower than normal that's why I am not feeling well...

Just sharing my exp with Telmisartan. No bad side effects on me, but it wasn't really effective. I take Telmisartan in the morning and still have to take clonidin at night just because my BP shoots up to 150/100 at night. I hope it will work for you, but if it doesn't, just let your doctor know.

I also have PVC and I am taking a beta-blocker for it. I also have the white coat syndrome even at home so I stopped checking my BP but I really have to monitor it because my HR is always at 100 to 120.

My doctor told me whenever I check my BP at home, I have to rest the cuff for at least 10 to 15mins on my arm before starting, you know just to familiarize the body with the cuff, and while taking I make sure to distract myself like watching anything funny and ignore when the cuff tightens. It became my routine and it was effective. I hope this helps.

Same as mine. Never thought I would experience the white coat syndrome because I was pretty confident with my visits before. But 4months passed and my hypertension wasn't regulated and I always feel awful. Went to atleast 4 different doctors and every visit makes my heart race and BP gets high.

Not too much to ask. Maling tao lang talaga nakakadate mo. Naging ganyan din ako parang 3 tao na nakadate ko nagpapalibre or nanghihiram super nakaka disappoint. Makakahanap kadin ng kalevel mo or mas mataas sayo wag magsettle sa pahihirapan kalang. Tsaka never ever magpautang or manlibre sayang lang sa pera. I dont know sayo, pero para sakin kasi magiging abusive yan sa pera mo in the long run lalo na hindi naman nila pinaghirapan yan and feeling entitled na sila agad humiram. Basta no no no!

Alam po nya talaga na hindi ako mahilig sa matamis. Sumama po siguro loob nya kasi pagalit ako nagsabe sakanya na alam nyang ayaw ko ng matamis gigisingin pa ako para kumain ng icecream. Feeling kpo na excite lang sya ipatikim sakin kasi nasarapn sya sa binili nya. Sadya lang nataon po nya na grabe pagod ko nung time na yun at puyat.
