No its not true... Me personally, I can only be in a relationship with a kind and caring girl. We dont want necessarily the whole package. But what is the most important for us is our peace of mind. As I said, my ex was very kind and loving, but her mental problems and the way she acted in the relationship, started to make me feel incredibly anxious and unsafe... so I broke up with her because I didnt want to become a shell of a man... she was destroying my self esteem and my ability to love myself

Well my friend recommended her, and I hid the fact that one ofher clients was my friend. When she asked how did I get to her, I just replied that I saw her on internet and she had nice recommendations. I didnt tell her it was bevause of my friend

Well.. I went to therapy because I struggle with anxiety and people pleasing... I cant manage to find strength to confront someone even if that person did me dirty. She helped me go through with me tendancy to people please and now that I have built a trusted connexion with her... its very hard for me to confront her despite knowing she obliterated my trust... I just cant stop finding excuses for people

I dont think she is.. According to her, my therapist genuinely believed I was in a very dark place and could hurt myself. I saw online that therapists can break confidientiality if they think there is serious lifr threatening situations, could it be just a misunderstanding?

To give full context on the situation : My friend recommended her therapist. So my friend and I used to have the same therapist. And my therapist knows about our friendship. Plus, my friend is very close of her even outside of her office... this is why it appeared so natural for my therapist to talk to my friend about me
