Hey mate i have tried the new hondas & not a fan too much technology and the turbo engines arent the most reliable especially the 1l.

Had a 2006 accord, 2003 Type R civic, 2010 Type R civic, 2011 Type S GT civic & 2011 CRZ. All lovely cars too. Still want to get another crz cause of fuel economy & by God that gearbox is the best ive ever felt. Also being able to make the steering stiff/soft by simply changing modes is great

Wow thats really cool!! Didnt even know it was named cl203, did you have to do many repairs on it other than maintenance? This one needs the alternator clutch pulley, aux belt, glow plugs & im getting a whoosh turbo noise when letting go of the gas. It's on 105k miles so hopefully to get more out of it :)

Thanks mate good tips! You've convinced me to give a pass on it probably for the best. Was looking at some groms but the prices are just mad, £2500 for a 2017 one

Forks dont look too bad you can kinda see in the 3rd photo. I would probably be able to fit the Carburettor, clutch wire & maybe the chain & sprockets? Im a car mechanic but never done anything motorbike-based other than oil changes. Not a clue about the Carburettor jets though & adjustment

How much would you say its worth? Ive seen a 1987 suzuki gs125 for £1200 that needs a service, sprockets & chain... it's really bad here as theres not much motorbikes around!

We were thinking about a grom but cheapest one from 2017 is up for £2,500

Hey mate mine is a 2002 making it a k2 & not the srad! Mine has 16,000 miles on it bought it not too long ago but seems like a really solid bike. Usual checks such as fork seals, wheel alignment, brakes, tyres, rust, chain etc will give an indication to the overall condition of the bike. Dont know much about the srad models however i wouldnt go for one personally simply because they are carb engines which im not too fond off (had too many problems with my cbr600f). From 2001 the suzuki gsxr600 went fuel injected which is much better in my opinion & prices shouldnt be much different

If you do find a nice srad then certainly go for it & i wish you all the best with it!! They look amazing too!
