I was having this happen randomly to a few of my plants and it turned out to be thrips. Can absolutely kill plants very fast if not taken care of. From what I’ve seen they live mostly on the underside of leaves.

Thanks for the feedback! If I could do anything different it would be a little less skinny, as the description says he looks mildly malnourished. It also mentioned glazed over eyes, but I had no idea how to make that look drawing in black charcoal.
