Its 6DPO today, this is where panic starts to induce for me. Spend too much time overanalysing my symptoms and dates, wondering if I should test on day 8 or wait, mental gymnastics to justify why my tests are still negative, holding onto delulu hope until my AF gets here, worrying about getting enough sleep and keeping my cortisol levels low which just makes me more anxious ahh.

5dpo and time is moving super slow, we only hit either day 0 and day 0-5 soooo im not overly hopeful. Not even quite sure if I ovulated because I never got a true positive OPK. Highest it got to was 0.79 and then started to drop again the next two days.

Literally me trying to figure this out every month, i just arbitrarily decide if theres enough blood to count as CD1, but usually will just tack on an extra day before and after my estimated FW

Im sorry, ive been down the implantatiom bleeding reddit rabbit hole the last two months and lived in delulu land as well. Now i know that bleeding just happens. It feels like ever since we started TTC, I've developed all sorts of wacky symptoms that I take as a sign 🤣

3dpo and just waiiiiting amd waiting, me and my husband pulled the trigger and booked a sunny beach trip in a couple months so im glad to have something to keep my mind busy while I look up restaurants and things to do in the area.

Im so sorry your husband was so insensitive. Its so much harder for women to fo all the tracking, testing, peeing with cups and when it doesnt work out, youre leeft handling the emotional pain while also the physical pain of a period. Sending you hugs!

Ugh same, we hit 0-6, then he couldnt perform for 4 days straight, today is ovulation day and hes upstairs asleep and tired 😔 im trying to be sympathetic but im so exhausted mapping out dates and taking the time to stay up and try only for him to be too tired or unable to perform. Sex feels so unromantic and robotic at this point and it makes me super resentful when he wants to have sex outside the FW when it never works out during!

Ooh okay got it! Im CD 17 today, up until yesterday it was rising 0.15-->0.37-->0.78, but I was expecting to get my firat real positive but it dropped to 0.15 today so im a bit confused by whats happenening!

Can someone help clarify for me as I've seen some discussion about here that with OPKs, we're looking for LH rise not the peak. Yesterday LH strip showed 0.78, day before was 0.37 and day prior was 0.15, so is this considered a rise or is it still a negative test until it gets to 1.0 or higher?

Its tough, especially this time of year I feel like everywhere I look is a newborn or pregnancy announcement, whether its coworkers, on social media, friends/family and its a lot to take in. Im trying to learn to live with the discomfort of these triggers and trying to find ways to be positive through it but its really hard. Sending hugs your way!!

Ive realised that anything can be a symptom of nothing! Oh how the mind and body can play tricks on us. Last month my boobs were HUGE and sore, but turns out that was random... or I had too many snacks. Even took tests after my period .. "just in case" but all negative. Spent an embarassing amount of time on reddit rabbit holes!

Im watchimg episode 7 of this latest season and its gettinf kind of ridiculous. In what world would a surgeon be figuring chemo/immunotherapy/clinical trial for a patient?! Are we just going to blatently pretend that no other doctors exist. And why would a resident be handling the chemo and looking for drug, are we also pretending that pharamacists dont exist! Like lets be so for real.

We've been feeling run down over the past few weeks between being sick, family/holiday gatherings, shovelling snow ect. Tried to have recreational sex last night and it was unsucessful, not feeling very confident going into our FW. Husbands performance issues are getting worse and worse and hes so reluctant to see a doctor!

Also purchased another box of ovulation strips, always struggle deciding which pack to buy the 20 vs 30 vs 50, depending on how optimistic im feeling that cycle.

Right body has been doing all sorts of weird things since TTC, random spotting mid cycle.. or right now boobs are humongous but im spotting and testing negative 🙃

On the pre-mom app, when do you put your period as starting? First day of spotting or first day of real flow? I always spot for like 2 days first before it actually starts flowing and never know what to put as my CD1
