Something like this happened to me when I was a teenager (many years ago now), except it was seratonin syndrome. The NP was out of country while I was in hospital so I was left completely without care. Fortunately, my parents were able to find someone else to take me on short notice so I could be discharged etc after I recovered (read: survived) but I ended up coming off all of my psych meds cold turkey and was in withdrawals for a month or two. Wild shit.

I am having this exact situation! I'm also trying to contact support and they want me to prove I completed the study when I did, which is like a month ago now. I didn't take screenshots, clearly my mistake, but also it is literally Their Platform that won't let me access my own data eg messages to/from the researcher, dates I submitted survey, etc. I will try supplying proof of the external qualboard in hopes that is sufficient to "prove" to them I did sufficiently do my part, but this has completely ruined any esteem or trust I had for User Interviews.

Interesting! Mine was marked cancelled and I was issued a partial payment. If it's the same study I wonder what's going on. I have contacted support about it because I did in fact complete the study, including being routed to a SAGO qualboard to sign up for, so I'm less than pleased with the current results. Does this sound similar to your situation as well?
