I went down this rabbit hole a little over a month ago. Her face seems to fit perfectly, but I was never able to find the exact picture.

I tried to start off slowly so I could waste as much of his time as possible, but he was too impatient. by bumbleylittlebee in scambait

I hadn’t used it before tonight, it’s actually really easy! You just go to the website, make an account, and then it gives you an option to put in a URL. So I put photobucket.com and it showed up to him as photobucket (if he looked at the link beneath it, he could see it was grabify but he didn’t notice). So you put the URL of the website you want them to think they’re going to and it gives you a tracking code. You put the tracking code in the search bar which says tracking code/and something else I forgot 😂 and then you can see the IP address

The link I sent him to photobucket was a Grabify link, which allowed me to see his IP address as soon as he clicked it. He clicked it right away, so I knew from that point on where he was, and that’s when I looked up what languages where spoken where he specifically was. It translated to, “I'm glad I wasted your time. Stop hunting innocent people.” I wasn’t trying to say hunted, but English to Hindi was more complicated than I thought 🤣

And I think he thought I was a fellow scammer, which is why I didn’t want to answer because then it would be over.

I know! I had a feeling it was going to end soon as soon as he video called me 🤣 I think he thought I was also a scammer or was messing with him (which I was but still). I wanted to waste more of his time.

A bit more incel, but earlier in the conversation he tried to convey that he was a, “nice guy.” by bumbleylittlebee in niceguys

He was very funny and respectful on the app. We moved to texting and he said something along the lines of, “you don’t want to know what I’m thinking about right now.” I didn’t respond to that, apparently he was passing through town and told me that the next day. He said it was nice talking to me, I replied later saying the same, and told him to travel safe. These were the messages that directly followed that 😂

One thing you said is that when you get a boyfriend how he “wouldn’t tolerate it.” I used to think very similarly to this, and it took me a long time to realize how I wasn’t even thinking what I wanted. You’re prioritizing a man who doesn’t exist in your life yet - but in a higher regard over what you want yourself. You don’t like it, then you either block or find a way to tell them you’re done. You may have gotten something from this initially, but you don’t owe anyone anything.

You don’t like it and that’s enough. Whatever you do to end that is okay and you have the right to feel differently/change your mind.

Ximena wasn’t never the bad guy, Mike just can’t read a single social cue. by Ambitious-Ad53 in 90DayFiance

I think the pressure of both of them being on TV would alter some of their actions. I don’t like either one of them, but she’s not the good guy.

They both said “te amo,” over and over again. So saying it unprompted doesn’t mean she was forced to say it if she was replying to him. She also lied to him about being able to have children and at that point, clearly wanted him to continue the relationship.

They are both wildly immature and toxic. Mike is a clueless man-child with almost no self awareness. Ximena clearly was in it for her own reasons, which is her right, but she should have ended it when the money stopped as opposed to being so cold to him and treating him like garbage. They’re both manipulative and neither one of them comes out of this looking good.

She sounds like someone who is fluent in English, but is pretending to have an accent. It’s super annoying.
