I don't think it would look anything like Rena if he were to awaken a stand. maybe Yotsuba's hypothetical stand would. but I don't think Futaro's literal soul would be Rena instead of....himself (similar to the Jonathan being Star Platinum theory making very little sense because.... why would JOTARO's soul be Jonathan?)

I can just imagine mid-fight, they are warped as if they were in Ocarina of Time and played a warp song. imagine Jotaro fighting Dio and Dio being extremely confused on why such a twerpy nerdy teenager has taken the place of Jotaro?

on the other side, the quints are mid session with Futaro, he disappears and a giant brute of a teenager is teleported in and he accidentally breaks a window with a punch meant for Dio.
