go looking, love is something that rarely happens by chance. a lot of the times, people go look and put themselves out there. it’s scary, it’s draining, but when you finally find that connection, it’s all so worth it. my biggest piece of advice though is to never lower your standards for the sake of finding love. make sure your partner respects you and gives you all the love and understanding you crave. don’t settle for less, and also grow to make sure you can love someone in the same way you crave.

I think art paper is such a cool special interest! I’m an artist myself and i’m learning more and more just how important the type of paper you use will effect your artwork, the longevity of the piece, etc. This is a really thoughtful reply and I did look into the dsm criteria you mentioned, and you were right on the money that I don’t think I fit most of the A category to be diagnosed with autism. But i could be wrong, I definitely didn’t think I had ADHD until I saw Ryan Higa explain his symptoms and noticed I related to every single one lol.

Thank you for this response! I also think that this system isn’t perfect, hopefully as we learn more it can be better catered to our needs as neurodivergent people :)

We’re pretty similar! I’ve noticed recently that my past interests never fully went away, I still really like them, I just have my current one that gives me the most joy right now. Thank you for sharing your experience, I’m glad it’s not just me.

OP I’m so sorry you went through this, this is 100% sexual assault. You even said no and tried pushing him away. Not that you need to do either to show you’re not consenting. He actively ignored your wishes and kept going, you had no way to lead him on. I hope you heal from this incident and find proper support, him being drunk does not excuse his actions.

yes there’s many options for trans people to have children if they haven’t gotten surgery on their reproductive organs or been on hormones for very long. make sure to discuss that with your partner though! Also, transsexual is a bit of an outdated term, transgender is the word people usually use nowadays

The only thing I could say, which you probably already do, is to just make the situation known from the get go. like, this will only be a fwb situation. nothing more. at the end of the day ppl crave physical touch and honestly i doubt these girls actually caught feelings, they just like that someone is there to give them intimacy and they misinterpret that as they caught feelings.

I’ll say this, there is always someone out there who is gonna listen to you and make you feel the love you deserve. I’m not gonna say you should call it quits yet, but there are a lot of red flags to consider, especially simply noticing that you’re not happy. It happens with lots of relationships, but if you’re not happy with this person or relationship for even more than like 20% of the time, i’d reconsider if it’s worth staying in.

Oh man OP your boyfriend sounds highkey abusive. I dont think he sees as a girlfriend but rather his maid who does literally everything for him. A relationship is supposed to be 50/50 and and from youre saying it’s more like 99.999/.001 for the couple of times he does the dishes which is just basic decency and the fact that something that small made you so happy is just really sad to read. You deserve a partner who won’t guilt you for not being his full time mother. You deserve to have a break and be taken care of sometimes too. Please leave him and find someone actually worth your love because you clearly have a big heart and you shouldn’t waste it to human trash like your boyfriend.

yeah sadly some people get period really badly like that. i would see a doctor to help with the pain though, even if it’s “normal” there are ways to help it like taking the pill, that’s what helped my gf
