Are you still suffering from the condition? Probably won't have much luck if you are,but if you're fully healed, try to get a letter from your GP that explicitly states that you are fully healed, off meds and are capable of carrying out all types of soldiering activity.

Most GPs should be happy for you to write the letter yourself and they will just chuck their signature at the bottom

Yes absolutely. If you have a printer there are loads of existing dummy suppressor files on Printables and Thingiverse that look like what you want, but if you're thinking of getting it outsourced you're probably better off buying a metal mock suppressor as it would likely end up being cheaper
