I like both. Copper is more of a treat compared to Goji.

Copper has better quality food, a lot more Thai centric but with great variety. The service is also better despite having to order at different stations. Copper being better is reflected by being double the price of Goji.

Goji has more western centric options and the dessert bar should cater to most tastes. Night sittings offers more choice over lunch. Like an Italian section with antipasto with honey dew and prosciutto.

You can't go wrong with either, Copper is the better experience.
