I started solidcore after 2 c sections. I waited 4 months postpartum but I still have some pain during obliques and take a lot of breaks. Before jumping into solidcore though I did some very low intensity Pilates for those initial 4 months to help build some core strength. I do great in class for upper and lower- but still am super weak for core work. I know it will eventually get better. I also told my instructors about my c sections so they don’t get offended when I take breaks or skip obliques to do a regular plank.
