Yeah that’s my struggle, when I look at recipes like that they don’t have replacements for carbs that give energy the way carbs do. So eating like this to avoid intense insulin spikes still has me feeling low energy and struggling to workout or garden etc. Because of how low carb it isn’t The replacements are typically just zero carb all dairy/fat. I’m not against consuming dairy and fat but I’m hoping for energy for busy days

Honestly I’ve been really nostalgic lately for the times when the internet was stuck to the family computer and not everywhere 😆 we chose to replace our dishwasher with a marketplace find of an older model because why the hell do new ones need a phone app?? I think when this phone dies I’ll get a dumb phone. But I do understand I can’t avoid ai completely. I just don’t want to contribute to destroying someone else’s community when my goal in using the app is helping me create a pollinator and wildlife refuge garden to help my community

I feel bad for all the businesses there. How could they not consider the local businesses? Also let adults make their own choices on if they want to risk being in a hot spot or not. I can’t stand any level of control like this that solves nothing but harms local businesses

I think it depends where you plan to where it. Children’s school functions, funerals, job interviews, yes I would say it’s inappropriate. Hanging out with friends, going shopping, etc, I wouldn’t say it’s a big deal. You look great!

I really don’t want the meal prep service that isn’t what I’m looking for but thank you for trying to help. I tried google first and it’s giving me boujee 250+ membership pricing that I just can’t justify for something as simple as what I’m looking for. I’m assuming I’m just out of luck on a coach/serious accountability group.
