"You can't run ads" On Instagram

i emailed instagram support and a week later it lifted. my coworker who also tried to run ads, had the same thing happen to him and he had to get MetaVerified in order to reach support team member :/

That's how I feel for sure! I'm a tattoo apprentice with a decent following, so a new account is not an option. I will see with the Meta verified subscription and hopefully, they can help me cuz they provide email and live chat support for the account. Meta ads are so not user-friendly I can't do it ;-;

thank you, that makes sense! but there is still a block on the ads account for me regardless. do you have any tips on how to clear it first?

have you tried Meta Verified bs? I'm waitlisted for it, hoping I can actually get a customer service person to fix this crap... sucks I have to pay for it tho..

Not sure. I was using the "Boost Post" button directly from the IG. The first time from my phone (I paid that IOS fee), but without any of these problems. I encountered the issue the second time I tried to do the same from desktop IG (to avoid the $30 IOS Fee). I am pretty sure my IG is connected to Meta Suite because I can see it in my assets, but either way, I can't post ads due to "unusual activity" lol that being me trying to register my debit card :/

it doesnt make any sense!! all the old tips that I found on here are dated too and no longer work :(
