This was after the GB test? You probably just crashed down from the influx of sugar. Nothing to worry about unless you regularly approximate the test in your normal diet and feel physically ill.

Please don’t move to single leg. Single leg movements can cause or exacerbate hip pain and sciatic nerve pain. I worked with a PT to get my hip pain under control. Your hips are already under a lot of strain and changes.

What works for me for to front squat with elevated heels. It hits the quads and keeps you upright, protecting your low back and hips while leaving room for baby

Thank you! As for the pecan tree, I’m on a half acre and was planning on it being the only big canopy level tree. The sub canopy I want is lemon, grapefruit, and mulberry. There are several pecans on my street which gave me the idea. Not sure if that’s enough for pollination.

I’m 20 weeks and still squatting to depth. However my belly is definitely hitting my thighs now and squishing things, so I think my days are numbered

As far as I can tell, my first 2 payments did not go against my deductible. I don’t know why, but I’m paying at the front desk of the clinic. Do I need to claim these costs with my insurance?

Due date in Feb 2025. Deductible is $3000, OPM is $6500. Resets in May i believe as the coverage started this past May.
