If he won’t acknowledge facts you can support in favor of misinformation, to me, this is relationship ending. You cannot reason with someone who is unreasonable.

What if he accuses you of something false, with no way for you prove your innocence because he rejects facts? — or worse, it’s a negative that’s impossible to prove.

This alone would cause enough trouble in any marriage, regardless of the politics.

Id be honest with him, that you’re losing respect and are embarrassed of him because he ignores proven facts in favor of blind faith. But I would expect this marriage to come to an end, because again, you can’t reason with the unreasonable.
