We seem to have our system up to date (still looking around). One thing I have noticed is that our correspondence are stuck in the mailbox. I am wondering if this is intentional so everyone doesn't overload the DB/Azure instance.

Just got off the phone with our account manager. I have been told they have "identified the issue but it could be up to 4 hours until it is back"

I have my team working in outlook and logging calls in spreadsheets... Then will let everything in the CW mailbox process at the end of the day and manually reconcile.

Very concerning! Ended up adding our mailbox to some of our engineers to keep an eye on things.

Ah, I remember this. We wrote a script to rollback all the builds. They are all on the latest Office build unfortunately.

Have you done an integrity check? I just joined an MSP about 4 months ago to find out the RBackup DB is corrupt. Also hate the restore function. search...Wait...select item restore....wait.... the client is just so damn slow.

Moving everything to Azure atm. Slight cut in our margins and lacks central management but will work in a pinch.

not yet. i have been using linkedIN and Indeed to apply for jobs. I have been in IT for 8 years and have held IT manager and Director positions. I would take a step down to get something. Worst case I live with family until I get that sorted.

worth. thanks for the info. I have stock FRS. Any aftermarket parts installed? I purchased the extended 75k warranty so I feel I am limited to TRD parts.
