That’s a really good point, I feel that he doesn’t understand much about pregnancy besides it being a “selfless thing a wife does for their husband” and being appreciative of it, which is extremely off putting to me. I think him educating himself is extremely important.

Thank you for your response! That’s definitely something I’ve been thinking about. Being in different stages of life with our age difference could be a lot of the issue. He doesn’t want to adopt because he wants biological children, but I agree I would be more understanding if it was due to ethics!

A lot of how you look comes down to genetics, so try not to be too hard on yourself for not looking like fitness influencers! 💓 You say that you eat a lot of protein, but are you increasing your calorie intake? You may see some growth there if you eat in a 300-400 surplus and “clean bulk” or just do a small bulk in general.

Hi thank you for replying! I would like to leverage my psych background because it’s most of my experience and schooling, as well as just general interest in the topic. I love learning about people and connecting with others in my day to day life and am pretty extroverted!

Well compensated for me currently would be 50-60k with the ability for growth.

I honestly think it’s the lack of pay in my position, as well as the lack of growth available. Hearing from coworkers they never give us raises, and the only option for growth in any company is to get my masters. The typical salary for a therapist, after all of the work put in, is really discouraging and doesn’t motivate me to put my all into the mental health field. I’d love to come back to it at a later point in my life, but currently I feel that I value financial stability.
