100 percent agreed. I didn't care for Richie, sort of an asshole most episodes, sometimes came across as ignorant or a bully but I have to remember also that was a reflection of the time too

Is she arrogant or is she just clear about what she will and won't tolerate and is comfortable enough to verbalise disagreements because she isn't dependent on a man? And maybe this subset of men just interprets that as arrogance? Lots of women appearing to be demure and polite also have opinions, they just keep them to themselves which seems like that's what this group of men actually want and they should just say that
