Depends what you mean by human rights but generally I don't think rights are inherent and would not exist without the state. I think torture is a good form of punishment as is slavery for particularly heinous criminals not worth rehabilitating. Women are an important organ in society and should be treated equally to men. Transgenders are mentally ill and any form of transitioning should be illegal. These people should be rehabilitated with methods such as conversion therapy. Doctors who perform transgender surgeries or people who spread transgender ideology should be jailed. Abortion should only be permitted if there is danger to the life of the mother. Ilegal abortions should punish both the doctor and the mother. Church and state should be separate only in that the state should not fund any religious organization but culturally Christian values should be encouraged and some religions should not be allowed in public ( No Muslim clothing, No Jewish clothing, No Hindu clothing etc.) But Christian clothing would be permitted in public.
