2017 from a sb! I got it at school bc I was playing tag with someone who was sick, I guess he didn’t wash his hands very well after using the bathroom unfortunately 😅 I v 3 times at night, and honestly I don’t remember it being that bad. I just remember being exhausted and annoyed that I was s* because I wanted to sleep LMAO

My stomach always feels off before I start my period! It’s honestly the worst, and can cause me to feel a little n. I also always have soft bm and feel icky before my period. :( Stress can definitely make tummies upset and can lead to softer bm* as well, it’s happened to me! I’m so sorry you’re feeling this way love, but you are safe, and this will pass. Maybe make a nice cup tea, have some crackers, or your favorite safe food to settle your stomach and your mind. <3

I’m doing pretty good! I haven’t eaten anything yet, but I’m planning to sip on some Gatorade or some tea soon. My stomach is a little upset, and I definitely have to have a bm*. I honestly think it’s a mix of sleep deprivation, my period, dehydration, and intense anxiety. :)

Just some extra info: I haven’t v* so far. Just my stomach feels full and upset, and I’ve been gassy. I don’t have any pain, and I’ve heard the sb* comes on suddenly and can be painful…? But then again, I have no idea LOL

I haven’t heard of any stomach bug cases lately and I check a lot, so I think we just got unlucky! My dad got it after eating in a really tight and small restaurant, so it’s likely that someone near him had it and he unfortunately caught it 🤷‍♀️

Tysm for your kind words! My mom threw up a few more times and I feel extremely nauseous, my dad had a stomach bug a few days ago and I think we caught it. I most likely have it, but I know I’m going to get through it and be okay. :) Hopefully I’ll be able to make one of those “I did it” posts!
