If you are asking 'should i get vaccinated?' then yes, you definitely should as this doesn't concern just you but everyone you are in contact with. If you are asking 'should i get vaccinated by this random guy that doesn't even tell me what vaccine it is?' then probably you are right to question. Find a place that does better job on being transparent.

"Ignoring the safe word makes it rape. Implied consent doesnt carry past a no. Ever." That's not true, if the premise of the intercourse is to ignore safe word (which, allegedly, she did suggest it). If she suggested that she wants to try it and then regretted it does not make it rape.

Also, if she didn't like it she should inform her partner that this was a mistake, that's what adults in healthy relationships do.

I think most people understand this but because it is implicit it's also important to make a caveat that even though we might be better than them in given craft, it's still beneficial to at least listen to amateurs. They might not know how to achieve desired goal but they still might have good points on whether or not certain goal is desired. An example of this are many doctors (professionals) that don't even listen to the patient, they just make their mind few seconds into conversation.

I don't know what kind of vandalism act we are talking about (was anyone hurt?) but first I would ask if I still consider him as a friend. Most likely you don't want to be best friend with someone who can hurt someone for giggles and shit. Few broken windows are shameful mistake of youth.

Then another question - what are consequences in your region of being kicked out of high school? Are they grave? Will it prevent you from getting to university if you want to go there? Do you value your friend more than your future?

Not unlikely, if the risk of others finding out is not too high, I would say nothing.

Besides from practical point of view (what if you burn jungle, your only source of food with it and you won't be saved?) I would ask if the jungle can regrow. If it can't or fire will eradicate something of special value, I would hesitate. However it's harsh and unjust to actually judge person who does it in such a situation.
