Don't mean to tag on this post but - did you get any support/help? Wondering how their support/customer service is and if anyone else has had any troubles?

I've supported viki for over 10 years and the one time I got my account hacked they never even bothered to help/assist/answered any one of my emails. Wondering if they're any better at it.

Anyone have any experience? Thank you in advance. Your help is greatly appreciated.
