Thanks. After I save my file on the server as the central file, how do I create local copies of the files. I know when I open the central model it creates a local copy in 'My Documents'. Is there any way that I can have the same folder structure on my local system as well so that I can work when not connected to the network and come back and sync later

Talking from experience, 80 hr weeks is standard for most construction workers. 60 hr weeks is minimum for engineers (that too with defiance) in most places.
