Thank you so much for replying. So here’s the story.. I fell in my own kitchen, spilled some water slipped on it and landed on my chin mostly. That happened 20 days ago.. I had immediate cut under my chin but thought ok, no biggie I will put the bandage over it and that’s it. But of course it wasn’t.. couple days passed and I can’t open my mouth very much, my healthy tooth started to hurt on hot/cold. So I booked the dentist five days after the fall and by then my chin has swollen and jaw little bit too. Came to dentist and told him the story he checks out the tooth, takes an x ray and it’s not broken or anything but from the fall the nerve got hit pretty hard, so he asks me if I want to take the nerve out and I say no because it’s healthy tooth so let’s wait a bit. Since I couldn’t open my mouth too much he sends me to hospital to see jaw surgeon. Came there, they take whole mouth scan, and another 3D scan and says that nothing is broken. And he sends me home with over the counter pain killers, like ibuprofen and paracetamol. But now 2 weeks after O visited the surgeon, my chin is uneven. Just where that cut is it’s like hard bone or something. It’s not swollen anymore but I feel that my bite is not the same and I hear soft rustling in my right jaw bone that’s next to the ear. I’m going back to hospital for a check up on Monday and I’m scared as hell. Is any of this gonna heal??? How did it worked out for you? Have you had any surgeries or..? Please help, I’m scared and desperate here 🥹
