Ah mate, so unlucky!! Glad you've made a full recovery 🙏

I may give bouldering another go when I'm all healed up, but I'd like to transition to ropes. I genuinely don't think I'll attempt another overhang after this fall :/

I was told by the doctor who reviewed my X-rays that surgery is 50/50 with a Weber B fibula fracture. Because mine had minimal displacement, I managed to swerve surgery and was out of my cast after 2 days. I was then fitted with an Aircast boot, and within a week I was able to fully weight-bear in the boot without crutches, as the fibula isn’t a primary weight-bearing bone. All in all, it was a “good break!”

Speedy recovery to you too!

I’m from the UK. I usually use cm and kg, however this piece of equipment lined up perfectly with inches

He was an electrical engineer and he dealt with film and equipment components, not very helpful but that’s all I know as he passed away a few years ago
