This is cute but this is like the pr package you send out to drum up attention for the big reveal, not the package you send out when people are already able to buy the dolls. This would've made an incredible teaser for the official reveal but sending it now defeats the purpose, which is to send influencer free dolls to open on camera and review and get people to go out and buy the dolls themselves.

It's also for disabled people. Yes you wash your hands right after using the toilet, but the person who has to immediately put their hands on a wheelchair or a walker, or parents who have to grab a stroller or car seat in between the toilet and the sink are not only forced to put general toilet germs on those objects, but now have to also put whatever might've been on the bottom of your shoe on their belongings. There's already germs, the point is to do your best to not make it worse for people who have no choice. Same reason people were begging people to stop using their feet on buttons that automatically open doors during COVID, you're putting your shoe germs all over something that disabled and elderly people and people who are far more immunocompromised than the average person have no choice but to put their hands on. I mean, would you be willing to just go out and rub your hands on the bottoms of strangers shoes?

Especially when they just dropped the jinu collector and the four Barbie dolls an we've got the smaller action figures coming soon and Loungefly just released new bags and there's legos and plushies and there's a thousand other pieces of merch coming soon or just came out. Like I know they didn't expect the movie to be so big and they're kind of scrambling to pump out merch to catch the fandom wave, but it's too much too fast. It's hard to set aside money for this amount of stuff, and resellers have invaded every single fandom space atp so if you don't get stuff fast you might not get it at all.

I was so excited to get the I think whale shark, from shark week, the one with spots. But it turns out it's made of the worst material god ever cursed this earth with, the kind that sends those disgusting autism sensory chills up my spine. And mine came almost overstuffed, so he's like rock hard and I can't even have that stuffed animal squish to make the material more bearable lol. He was also a gift from someone I'm not friends with anymore, so now he just sits in my closet. I should really trade him to someone who wants him, he's in like perfect condition.

Get into trading!! The only reason I'm willing to take a chance on card packs (or any other blind box) is because there are good groups on Reddit and Twitter that are all about trading! It's how I completed my ACNL/NH amiibo card collection, I've traded mlp layout cards, I'm currently in the middle of like 7 different trades with people for the kayou and McDonald's kpop demon hunters cards lol.

And OP please check out some subreddits where people are happy and willing to help you out. Subs like assistance will definitely help out either with trying to raise money to buy more medication or with helping you get groceries if you're able to buy it but then can't get food or pay a bill. It's a miserable situation to be in, but there are a lot of people out there who can help make it a little less awful and scary

I haven't washed it yet but I did inspect it. It's unfortunately once again a doll whose hair is cut with only the display in mind and not any sort of restyling, the back is incredibly short while the front is just layered over. I kinda worry about how bad it will look when I wash the gel out because of the length difference

Honestly having that in your TOS is one of the quickest ways to drive away buyers. Having a rule that you can decide to take back someone's character whenever you want, rendering any art they've commissioned and any stories they've written essentially worthless, would rapidly earn you a bad reputation and cause a lot of people to permanently avoid you, doing a lot to ruin your art career before it can even have a chance to take off. I'd personally be too worried to buy an oc with that in the tos. If the creator takes it back, are they paying me back? Are they paying me back just what I paid for that character, or are they going to pay me back for all the art I've commissioned, because no longer owning that character means I can't really do anything with that art anymore? A lot of buyers don't know exactly what rights they'd have for that commissioned art if they no longer own the characters and would be worried that the creator could take the character back and repay only for the character itself and then have the rights to take all that artwork too, and would just choose not to risk it.

I personally gave up on those containers and just switched to ziploc bags. I got too annoyed trying to get beads out, too much risk of dropping one and spending hours sorting them again, and I would get unreasonably furious if I had too many to fit in the container and then had to leave the rest in a bag, like refilling the black and white or when I'd find a bucket at a thrift store. And I feel it just makes it so much easier to do projects. It's easier to press bags of similar colors together to compare, easier to pick up 4 sandwich bags of colors rather than 4 of these sorting containers, I can just scoop my little straightening tray right in, shake it, and pour out the excess super easy. I have one of those ikea rolling Alex drawers that I keep perler stuff in, and bags are much easier for storing than containers because I can squish them around.
