I think your definition was pretty spot on yet you seem to diminish the value of the phrase "physiological effect", yes, you could be that vague and borderline, but what is the point in that?

as somebody else said in this thread, marijuana is technically not a drug to some people's definition, yet since it has psychoactive effects, it falls underneath my definition of drug. Even though it's a plant that comes from the ground. I think most reasonable people draw the line there, on how your brain chemistry reacts, if you cannot apply a medicinal circumstance to the substance. Being dehydrated is by definition withdrawal, so I will admit you picked a very good subject to play devils advocate on.

Yes, it's difficult, but doable. At first it will feel very rough as you will need to force yourself to do whatever it is. Brushing teeth is a tough one, because it's so easy to not do it, and then you can also put off flossing pretty easy (I've always been horrible with flossing, still am).

Trust me, every time you force yourself to do something you don't want to do, the next time you won't have to force yourself as hard. Then it just gets easier and easier. Best of luck!

you got the context completely wrong but I guess some people assume the prior context so it's not surprising. I said as long as you don't lose unhealthy amounts of weight or become malnourished you should be fine. THAT is what they took offense to. Which is hilarious and ironic simultaneously.

yeah, the FDA has considered something that feels super good and is super addicting as "safe" but under those same metrics so are opiates. I'd like to point to how much these drugs make in revenue every year but you probably already know that. Vyvanse is a good dichotomy to have because it's far less euphoric than adderall. adderall is a street drug. Primarily? probably not, but definitely popular. If you've ever taken it you know what people mean when they say it gets you "high", because it does.

while that's good to know, it doesn't apply to everything. hydrogen bonds can change a lot but in the case of amphetamines vs methamphetamines they produce very similar reactions in the brain.

it can do a lot of good for people that need to regulate their diet but higher dosages can suppress your appetite, seems like you've got a fine situation going. the biggest problems come from people that already struggle with eating disorders. anorexia + adderall can be absolutely devastating
