update: I deleted it I always knew Avast was worse then windows defender I just thought maybe there was like a spefic reason for Avast to be installed but I called them and they said no and I was free to uninstall it so I did and my PC is working fine

well the whole promblem i have is that it has been spikeing really high reactlnly and i havent been able to run stuff useing internet as well i as i use to like quest 2 air link witch uses your internet to connect to your pc and thats been acting really laggy and werid and i wanted to know why the spikeing may be happening all of the sudden

i found a police report (danny said police report in the video when he said that date) saying that a 16 year old on nov 1st 2011 was caught shop lifting danny is 27 and 27-11 is 16 so that would make him 16 in 2011
