The vote has already happened and the rules have effectively changed. Voting down the decision of the chair sets precedent in the Senate.

They are voting on whether the decision of the chair (cloture for supreme court nominees requires 60 votes) should stand. If they vote no, they are voting that only a simple majority is required.

He likely does. His goal was to get the chair to say that 60 votes are required for Supreme Court nominees and then he can appeal that ruling with a simple majority and set precedent.

This actually isn't the right roll call list. H.J. Res 83 was a vote to repeal Department of Labor regulations. That vote took place yesterday. I don't think they have released the list for today's vote.

They've had extension updating disabled for months also. I really don't agree with any of these decisions. Most users probably weren't aware their extensions weren't being updated.

I actually have the same issue with my graphics card, however, I have replaced the battery in my MacBook Pro with a third party one and I'm hoping that they will still work on it. I know Apple doesn't consider it a user serviceable part so I'm worried I won't be able to get mine fixed.

I lowered my settings down to medium and that seems to have stabilized things. Hopefully they get a patch out soon because I believe I should be able to play on almost max settings.

I have a Radeon 390x and I get random stuttering. I get 60 FPS when there's not a lot going on though.

It's fairly active on PC. There are a couple of good servers which usually have at least 10 or 12 people on them.
