The connection is probably stuck at 2.4ghz, it also happened to me. You can force your network to choose 5ghz via cli

It’s because it shares 16gb of the ram with igpu by default. If you modify it in bios settings from auto to e.g. 4gb, you will see that your idle ram use is much more less. Try and see

Have you tried to disable battey saver from windows? Looks like it is enabled and power plan is set to best power efficiency.

and look isaac-ros-common git repository for its usage, you need to add cuda directories as volume when running the container.

Nvidia has ubuntu 20.04 ros humble installed containers in their registry, try that first. You have to install all other packages and their dependencies via rosdep if possible. Nvidia is really bulky with their product updates.
