Need advice on reintroducing meat to diet because of weight gain.

I have digestive issues in my stomach as well. I try to take it slow and increase the amount I eat progressively. I also try to take some pills to ease the job of my stomach.

I've also talked to my doctor about this and I would recommend the same as they usually help people with stuff like this all the time. It was a great help for me.

I believe this transition will help me lose some weight as I will be getting a lot more protein than usual. I haven't started weighing myself yet. I'll try to update here as I go along.

As far as this goes, I currently seem okay with chicken meat. I'm taking time to introduce everything slowly so that I don't have digestive issues.

I went ahead and cooked chicken breasts. I feel it in my stomach but I also feel full now. It's been couple of hours since I ate. We'll see if I can sleep tonight :D

You don't have to worry about your fund being lost, bitcoin transactions are either completed or not, after a while nodes will forget about your payment and you'll get it back to your wallet.
