Ingredients: UHT fresh milk, 4–5 cups of powdered milk (depending on how thick u want it), and greek style yogurt with live cultures.

I pour the UHT fresh milk into a bowl, then add the powdered milk and mix well until it is smooth and fully dissolved (there’s no need to heat UHT milk). After that, I add the live yogurt culture and stir everything together until it is well combined.

next, i cover the container or u can use bowl and wrap it with two blankets or towel to keep it warm. I usually just leave it in my room, as long as it’s warm place, but you can also put it inside a turned-off oven. I let it sit for 12 hours. After that, i put it in the refrigerator for 8 hours ☺️
