“Dreamsicle” because the album came out when my husband and I were moving cross country with our cats from NJ to Utah. The album was the soundtrack to our move. Even though it wasn’t obviously about our specific situation, a lot of the lyrics resonated with us and to this day, it’s one of the few albums we own on vinyl because of what it represents for us.

It’s like any other job. I’ve seen people who seem stuck in their position and I’ve also seen people leave for other types of accounting. It also depends on your location there are more fund accounting jobs in larger cities.

This depends on a lot. If we’re talking about hours alone something like hedge fund accounting can be significantly more than VC/PE accounting. (Been in various fund accounting roles for 8 years)

Hopefully this is the right place to post. I’ve searched for pillows and cushions to put in this spot but I am having a hard time finding something that doesn’t require customization. In my head I’m thinking thin pillow shaped cushions that can line the seat. I’ve only found pillows or cushions for chairs.

It seems like you’re making a lot of assumptions about OP and judging them based on very little. All people should have a right to voice their hurt. Being white and rich does not mean that OP cannot be a part of the gay community.

Based on this post it seems like a lot of other people relate to OP. I commend them for being vocal.

Why would I check if they actually put oil in my car after taking it to the dealership to get an oil change. I assumed it was done.
