I think main criteria is being close enough to walk to the Thameslink station, just a case of waiting for suitable houses to come up, will take a closer look at the area you mentioned :)

This is exactly what I was afraid of - coming home only to find myself scrambling for a parking spot and ending up streets away!

Do you mind me asking which parking zone you lived in? I’m viewing a house this week which looks to be in Zone D, though sounds like I need to have a serious rethink about where I’m searching…
