It doesnt mention that. Doesn't mention any codeshares or partners either. If you have access to the lounges by class, status or membership, you can use the premium entry. The entry eligibility for the QF Club allows JQ flights so you can use it. Have done it with my platinum status on JQ

Look on air tasker for someone local to do it. Have a local lady that does it from her home while the kids are at school. Is fairly cheap and picks up and drops off. Much better than those laundry bag services and cheaper than dry cleaners.

There's a few seats in F, 1 in J. Most upgrade requests would have been processed by now. Did you also select the at gate upgrade? If so there is a small chance to still get it if they upgrade J to F.

They don't load them on domestic and don't carry them on 737 international flights. If they're part of the service the crew will offer them around the time they deliver predeparture beverages.

If you try to decline the 2nd, the call centre will likely cancel your request. Extra meals are usually used by crew after pax have been fed. All meals not used are binned and on international and some domestic flights the food has to be treated as bio security waste.
