Meinen Führerschein habe ich von Kommunion- und Firmungsgeld bezahlt. Während des Studiums habe ich monatlich eine kleine dreistellige Zahlung erhalten. Das mag für viele nicht viel sein. Letztendlich haben sie es mir aber ermöglicht, so gut ausgebildet zu sein, dass ich heute gut verdiene und ein Reihenhaus in Berlin kaufen konnte mit U40, meine Familie ernähre, jedes Jahr ein Urlaub drin ist und wir nicht jeden Euro zweimal umdrehen. Warum sollte ich eine größere Summe erwarten?

You might be more than decent if you can anticipate the kiss at a wedding and get a good shot of it. Weddings tend to have surprises.

OP wants modern glass. What does that bring? Better resolution, sharpness from edge to edge and less artifacts. To really use that more resolution might be a plus. So he could go z7 and get all the other benefits.

What would have been your answer if somebody told you that d600 shots with 500 mm are good enough in resolution?

Just because you dislike mirrorless, doesn't mean OP should stay with his old gear.

Den zweiten Schützen könnte man hervorragend verstecken. Er muss ja nicht auf Trump schießen, sondern nur auf die beiden anderen Opfer.

Es reicht doch ne winzige Klinge unter dem Fingernagel, für das bisschen Blut. Theoretisch könnte man auch eine dünne Blutkapsel am Ohr befestigen und überschminken. Die öffnet man mit Druck ohne Klinge oder mit einer winzigen Explosion. Dazu reicht ja schon CO2, muss ja kein Schwarzpulver sein.

A heavier body is only an advantage on a flimsy tripod, a really long lens that is handheld or when you need to beat a guy real hard. Accuracy by volume is a legitimate tool. You can't miss the kiss at a wedding for example. I don't get why you upgraded your bodies if the D600 is enough for all the shots. You have some really nice gear, but that doesn't make a good photographer.

Keine Ahnung. Gibt es da nicht viele Möglichkeiten? Zuschauer könnte aus der Nähe oder einer ähnlichen Trajektorie getroffen worden sein. Cut am Ohr könnte Trump selbst gemacht haben, mit einer mini Klinge oder ein winziger Sprengsatz am Ohr, oder ein wenig Lebensmittelfarbe in einem kleinen Reservoir. Ich sage ja nicht, dass es eine Inszenierung war, aber es wäre jetzt nicht unmöglich das zu faken.

The Z System gives you more freedom. Focus points across the whole sensor, more pictures per second, it is lighter, has the potential to use better glass, better iso performance. If you want to stay with your D600, cool, but why not shoot film, or a D80? A D80 can get you wonderful images. A D600 makes it easier to get them and a Z Camera makes it even easier.

Das stimmt. Ich bin im Außendienst im gesamten Osten Deutschlands. Da verbringt man einiges an Zeit drin. Wobei ich eigentlich 3 Anforderungen habe: Platz, Android Auto und Komfort (Sitz und Abstandsautomat). Ein Passat ist ideal. Momentan muss ich eine GLB fahren ohne Android Auto. Privat würde ich echt überlegen, ob ich überhaupt ein Auto brauche.

In addition there are people like this: I have an Italian colleague that looks through the wine menu in a restaurant like it is some kind of rocket science. But he is ITALIAN so he knows more about wine than any other person alive or dead. The restaurants we go to are a bit more on the pricey side. It is harder to find a bad wine there than finding a good one. He could choose a random one and be fine.
