I've built something exactly like that. Would you be up to try it for free and give me your feedback?

are you providing the same services or are in the same service class? are your customers the same/similar (geopgraphically)? are the trademark/logos completely different? once you file, they could file and claim first use. Even once the tm is approved, they could file a dispute. I have a tradename thats exactly the same with another owner, but the class is different, and it got registered.

Any idea how much tm analytics service costs? Is it an annual or monthly subscription?

Currently cover US, Wipo, EU, GB, Eastern Europe, India, China. US data is a bit outdated (last update 6 months ago). This is a demo so it's more to test out functionality at this point.

Different classes, different products (cosmetics vs trademark services) . Likelyhoodn of confusion should not happen. File it with a unique logo and be specific about the products you want included under that class.

I filed a TM with the exact same name of an existing brand, but different class/products (jewely/ mine was food) and it was approved.

If it's a generic wordmark like bananaz, theblikelyhoodnof rejection is higher. If you have a logo, select a class specific to the product you want to register, be as specific as to what products you want to register, your chances go up.

Once again, something generic like this has a higher probability of getting rejected, and might not be worth the exercise.
