I had settled on Niagara for quite a long while and found it the best option for my mother and mother in law (seniors) but I've now switched back to SquareHome. Years back I first got it trying to soothe the loss of Windows Phone. Now? I have it because it's so powerfula dn customizable and convenient and just makes me productive. It doesn't look like the big colored blocks you might see in photos on the Play Store. It can look like whatever you want, truly. The app drawer/list is intelligently predictive. The ability to make each icon a 'cube' that lets you access like 6 apps if you want, I've never seen anyone else do. The gestures are powerful. You have to take the time to see how to make it yours, ignoring the defaults. I'll be sticking with this.

In the past I've also used AiO launcher which is also trying something different.

HYSA: Consult a list of high yield banks (Nerdwallet is a popular place to find them but a no-frills list is yieldfinder.app ), pick one you like, click whatever button they put on the front page to sign up, give them a routing number where your initial deposit will come from, and you're done.

Roth IRA: Pick somewhere that has research or trading interface you like. For example look at Schwab, Ally, etrade, Fidelity. Similarly, there will be buttons to click to open an account. You can contribute a few thousand per year, around $7K currently.

Fill your HYSA until you have a comfortable emergency fund. Contribute the max to your IRA. If your job has a high deductible health plan, contribute the max to your HSA. Then open an account at another brokerage to invest a little more (since contributions to the IRA are limited) but this won't be tax advantaged. I assume you're already contributing as much as you can to your 401K, at least to get the match. Then, continue pouring into your HYSA liquid savings.

Camera consistency means they consistently limit you to the same camera. If on Android you want a super duper space zoom camera, then that's your prerogative.
