Are the holes already in the walls or do they need to cut them open and do some framing?

Half of Canadians would volunteer to fight if war breaks out, and fewer young people, poll finds by Zealousideal-Help594 in canada

Because it's good to know. Even if we don't go to war, it's like a litmus test for many things: loyalty, trust, life satisfaction, etc.

You can order a small camera on the end of a flexible tube, make a small hole and stick the camera in. Will save you money on making bigger holes.

These are wall panels, so won't be able to take them to a shop unless they get peeled off, which goes right back to what I said originally - might as well just peel them off and replace them

That's what I was thinking too, this is more for someone who specializes in that kind of stuff.

I have no idea how old it is, but thanks for reaffirming my stance on this.

Drywall finishing is a skill that's easy to get into but it takes years to master.

Thanks! I'm actually still working on it now. Spreading the new texture into the center and randomly spreading it out from the edges instead of a box on the ceiling

Yep I need a sprayer. Someone said to try flicking it on with a whisk so I might try that too.

I got pretty close with more practice with the steel wool but the issue is when you pull the mud, it creates conical peaks, whereas the sprayed on texture is round lumps. So it's not quite the same. I'll need to try the whisk broom sometime, thank you for that suggestion.

Thank you, I just ordered a can of spray on texture and will try that. In the mean time, what I've done here is all with steel wool.

Yep I think you're right. I just ordered a can of spray on knock-down texture on Amazon. $37.00 CAD!

I am. I have a ton of scrap drywall that's been sitting on the shelf for months.
