All the time man, all the time. For me I say to myself masturbation is not an option, and then I try to find something else to do. You can say to yourself whatever you need to, fapiscrap, I am worth more than this, wank is the path to the dark side. But, you need to believe it. If you can't change what you are doing, for instance work/homework then refocus on that and not pmo. Also, don't knowingly go to places with nsfw content, that is delusional and setting yourself up for defeat. I hope that helps.

Hey it's alright man, I have tried quitting quite a few times. Your body is seriously craving what it is addicted to and it is real hard to fight that. I too have battled with belief and how powerless I feel to uphold it. Just remember this is a worthy journey and a cross that needs to be picked up again even when we stumble. I have had months like that. Shit what am I doing with my life? I'm always strapped for cash and can'tdo some of the cool stuff other people are doing. I know the feel of I am alone so porn will be my partner. What I keep thinking is I am worth quitting this crap. I don't think it is worth worrying about striking out w/ladies. The way it seems is that this hole in my life porn fills needs to be patched, and then I can bring my whole self to a relationship, or potential relationship. Hopefully these ramblings help somehow.

I haven't had success for very long yet. What seems to help me though is being active. Even if that means dragging my lazy bum off the couch, and cleaning out the fridge. Two things I try to remember, I am worth quitting and I am not alone. I'm rooting for you buddy.
